They are friendly and will actually try to help, so it seems at first. They told me they would help, then 3 weeks later, she said there was nothing they could do. Small town, you scratch my back, I'll scratch your back things. And I have a young daughter, and they knew what our apartment complex was doing to us was illegal on some many levels.
