They are a rip off I got 6,000$ settlement and that firm sent me 200$ and I didn't even owe medical bills.DONT USE THEM!! I WOULD GAVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD

My family was dissatisfied with this attorney for not doing the very basic things that an injury attorneys would do to get their client the best outcome .

If you’re hired by a client you should honor their wishes as long as they are within the law and ethical. Especially when it’s part of the normal work load of the attorney. However this law firm only seems to care about getting themselves paid.

It is horrible how they did my grandmother they told her she was going to get one amount and only gave her half of what they told her. And they wouldn't honor any of her request. And as a grand child seeing her go through all of that it really hurt me.

Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. No matter if you pay them upfront, they won't handle your case with care at all. Just another paycheck to them. Find someone else, not worth it. Find someone who cares.

I hope someone reads this review and really gets a feel for the type of services I received with this attorney's office. I heard this attorney to represent me and fight for my rights except this attorney is only willing to a reduction offer to certain treatment providers. The legal secretary named Jay also request and send information to the wrong segregation for my private insurance company. That cause delay in my case. However when we had to sit down day before yesterday and discovered all of these things due to me having the correct information for the attorney's office by being my own advocate and finding out on my own. All the attorney's office did was apologize and said everybody makes mistakes. Which is true but when you made a mistake you do an extra incentive for your customer. Which in this case would be your client. However all I got was one excuse after the next about the Erisa law and self-funded laws pertaining to my private insurance. As I said at the table I asked them several times to make a offer to every where I'd had treatment at because the worst thing a person can do is say no. However they refuse to do that. I don't know if they got some kind of deal going on with the two providers they don't want to send a reduction offer request to or what but I do know there's something fishy going on. And as of right now all they gave me was 10,000 out of a $50,000 settlement. And tried to patronize me by telling me that my medical bills ended up over 52,000 which was absolutely 100% wrong because a provider cannot decide to take payment from a private insurance company and do a settlement and write off on adjustments and then turn around and charge me and anybody else for the original amount of the bill. And one of the request for a reduction and offer back would also call this number to go down by the provider agreeing to accept less than half of what they're original cost was. The reality my medical bills is averaging around $19,000 which leaves 31,000. And the attorney kept coming to me is if they cause the reductions from the two providers that was paid by the private insurance company instead of this being a automatic law. So far they've only got a reduction offer going on one of the six different facilities that's to be paid of my settlement. And If I allow the attorney to pay the ones in Texas to be paid out of my settlement. It's just been a horrible idea on how the attorney try to convince me that they got anything reduced but one of the bills I have. They haven't even attempted to try on but one other one out of the six. I guess he thought that he was dealing with the same person he represented before that didn't know the law. I'm just very frustrated because no one but me was in that accident where my life first before my eyes. And no one's body has went through the pain that mine has suffered from this wreck . Nobody had to beg for rides and ride the tea line and or suffer being belittled when they didn't have their rent money. And or when I walked in extreme pain and had to stop for breaks and sit down where I was looked up on as if I was homeless. And neither were they there at the moment I try to go back to work and was face to face reality that I wasn't able to. And it may not be against the law what they're doing to me but it's definitely unethical be against the law what they're doing to me but it's definitely unethical. At this point I just don't know what I can do to get Justice in this matter to get Justice in this matter. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to reach out to me
