The firm did some very shady business with the insurance company plus my aunt agreed to lie about her grands being in the vehicle. It was a cut and dry case! My mom was rear ended! The firm didn’t collect or request video footage in the area which was available iup to 6 months after accident. They kept the case for 20 months, leaving my family no time to get a new attorney or collect lost evidence or witnesses on our own. Soyers wouldn’t let me go back with my elderly mother to his office because of “lack of setting” when in fact it was a conference room! So so many “shady” moves and my mother’s con artist sister was lying behind our back over and over! Wouldn’t spit on Soyers! He’s a liar 🤥 He’s a con ambulance chaser! I’ve got my on file. My mother didn’t ask for help in time to bring all this to light, she trusted her sister! Don’t walk ... run 🏃‍♀️!
