Had a consultation with Lisa Shoalmire and was very impressed. Extremely knowledgeable on Arkansas Medicaid. She answered all my questions in detail. She came highly recommended and I can see why. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing elderly law advice.

We have used the services of Mr John Ross and staff on two different occasions now. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and you will not get "nickel and dimed" to death! He will put things in place that you never even considered with his no nonsense approach and make sure your business is taken care of even after you have passed on. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an attorney! Don't even consider going anywhere else! I am sure to tell everyone I know that they should use this law firm!

Ben acted and treated us like family. My Grandparents fell ill and I didn't have a clue what to do really where to start and he new exactly what to do and what we needed, I'm happy to say my Grandparents are on the mend and doing great but without his help and Ross and Shoalmire I don't know what we would've done.
