Mr. Kurt Carpenter recently represented me for a tenant eviction case of my rental property. Not only is he extremely professional, but he is a terrific human being as well. He responds quickly to phone and email messages and doesn't make you wait for an answer. He doesn't take shortcuts and does everything in a fair manner. He does not mess around!

If you looking for Construction law Mr. Kurt Carpenter will do for you great job! He possess all the knowledge and the experience a lawyer needs to have, I am amazed from the good advises I given and how quick and professional he is. I used him to advise me when my rebuilding company collected the insurance money and then filed for bankruptcy before completing all repairs in my home. He was always available and I consult him regularly over the phone, can't be more happy than I am so far, I will highly recommend Mr. Kurt to everyone.

Really great experience with Kurt. We had a real estate transaction that we were involved with that and had some legal problems come up last minute. We need to be advised by a lawyer and Kurt was amazing. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand our options. He was quickly and readily available to answer questions or talk to us even with very short notice. He helped us resolve our real estate issue that we had.

I would definitely recommend this attorney. Attorney Carpenter assisted me with removing a $99k AJ from my record so I could sell my house he worked diligently, kept me updated throughout the process; the process would have taken 30-60 days however with Attorney Carpenter working my case it was dissolved in about 2 weeks he got the case dropped and I didn't have to pay anything but my attorney fee which was unbelievably reasonable. I randomly stopped in Kurt's office without an appt. Kurt was on his way out but still took the time to listen to my situation. I had problems with my apt mgr violating our contract, deceptive practices and Falsifying a signed document. Kurt quickly took on my case and was his fee was generous. Kurt contacted my apt mgr within 24 hrs, which quickly led to my desired resolution and outcome within that same 24 hrs. I lived in an over 55+ apartment community, so if you have any similar legal issues, please contact Kurt Carpenter.
