Michael Boltz was wonderful. This firm is way more professional, and easier to communicate with, than other firms I've had to deal with over the years. Michael went above and beyond to make our lives easier, which is exactly what I needed.

I seldom need legal advice, fortunately, but everyone should know a great lawyer - just in case. That circumstance arose for me last month. I own a rental property in the Woodlands and a new tenant started running a restaurant business out of the house in violation of the lease and HOA rules. Needless to say, with the noise and traffic, the neighbors were livid! After being told to cease the activities, the tenant was belligerent and continued. In short, I had a big problem. I didn’t know who to call but Michael Boltz was referred to me by a friend – best referral I’ve ever had! Michael knew exactly what to do and handled all the details from start to finish. And his flat fee (which I liked) was 50% less than the high-priced Houston law firm that I contacted first. Michael handled all communications with the utmost professionalism, so the end result was good for all. I strongly recommend Michael Boltz for any legal services you might need. He’s the best!

During my call, I had the grand pleasure of speaking with a young lady by the name of T’Keara Watson. Prior to calling, I had no idea what questions to ask, how to formulate what information I needed, etc. But miraculously, she was able to understand exactly what I needed answers to in little to no time.
