Courtney is a fierce and compassionate advocate and I highly recommend her!

I initially thought this would be a terrible experience, and would have way less than a 50-50 shot at resolution. But thanks to Courtney not only was it a smooth experience, I got the financial relief I thought there was only a small chance of getting. Much appreciated Courtney! I could not be happier, I highly recommend!

I spoke to quite a few attorneys before I found Courtney and after the initial consultation I knew she was the right person for my case. She held my hand through the entire process (which is what I needed) and explained everything throughout to best prepare me for the divorce process. My divorce was extremely complicated and she didn’t shy away from it. She is very well respected in the courtroom. She did not fill my head with unrealistic expectations as some of the other attorneys I spoke with did. She was honest about what I should expect and it was much appreciated. I trusted her every step of the way. She took so much time through emails, calls, texts and mediations at all hours of the night to handle everything that was thrown at her. I felt like she genuinely cared about my children and our best interests instead of just “ringing up a bill”. I am so thankful for Courtney’s expertise and for all of her hard work for me. When I made the decision to get a divorce, I consulted with several attorneys that predicted years of litigation, outside consultants, forensic accountants and a six-figure price tag by the time it was over. At a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a fair resolution seemed almost impossible, I had a consultation with Ms. Kaisand. She was calm, empathetic and logical. She reassured me that even though it would be hard, she was confident that the outcome would be fair and she would help me get through it. My kids and I are eternally grateful for her hard work and dedication on my case. She not only got me what I asked for, but I got a better settlement than I had hoped for!! I don’t think Courtney will ever realize what a huge and positive difference she made in our lives. I would recommend her for anyone going through the unfortunate process of divorce. And don’t let her youth, bubbly personality or warm demeanor fool you, she is a professional, organized fighter!! I completely underestimated the professionalism, passion and fight in this girl! Courtney is AWESOME!! I was very happy with the level of service she provided! She is very easy to talk to; doesn’t make you feel dumb if you ask a question. Takes the time to listen and lay out a strategy for your case. Gives both, the good and the bad of what “could” happen. She is very straight forward yet compassionate. Reasonable with her prices, even helped me with a payment plan because this modification came out of nowhere. When I first went in to speak with her she put me at ease about the whole situation. As soon as I hired her she got to work quickly and always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my case. If I had to hire her again, I would. Highly recommend!!!

Ms Campbell started my case with so many promises and was extremely passionate! But then everything started falling apart! She was never prepared for my case, blamed it on me, wanted me to do whatever my ex husband and his attorney wanted me to, filed documents with the court but never set dates, she would rarely answer my emails. She was removed from my case after 8 months per her request. I then hired another attorney from Dallas and in less than 3 weeks I received spousal support, interim and ongoing attorney fees and now everything is going great! Ms Campbell had plenty of time for vacations and was extremely unprofessional! During my deposition she was on the phone dealing with her personal issues at home! I do NOT recommend her at all. Be very careful if you consider hiring her!

Courtney was amazing through out the entire process! She was able to help me bring my legal issues to a close in a timely manner and she was always available to help answer my crazy questions.

Ms. Campbell is the absolute best lawyer in the business. She answered all my questions, alleviated all my concerns, didn't hesitate to reach out to me if she needed anything, treated me very professionally at all times, provided moral support, and guided me through every step of my case. I felt as if she actually cared about my case and about me as an individual. I never once felt like I was just another number in her caseload. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone!

Danielle was kind from the beginning, and completely professional. She got me right in, assessed my case and told me where we could go from there. Today as my case was settled we were in and out of court in under 5 minutes. Throughout the whole process I was informed every step of the way, whether that be info on my son's father, or info on what I am paying etc...
