This is an edit on a previous review. I received a call from Michelle and the management team at Amaro Law Firm. While I did have issues, their team has been quick to call, listen, and work through everything, which is so appreciated! Michelle is absolutely an incredible asset and case manager, and by no means does this overall experience have a reflection on her dedication. During the process, she's been patient and is undoubtedly one of the kindest people you'll work with. She will listen, be considerate of all you're going through, and she will follow through. After knowing how you handle concerns and considerations, (I hope I don't have to because accidents are awful), but absolutely would work with you again.

I contacted Mr. Smith's firm online due to needing urgent answers regarding what is legally needed to ensure that my daughter gets a chance to appeal her case at some point. He called me within a couple of hours for a Free Consultation... one that I would be MORE than happy to pay for! What he gave me was WAY above and beyond just a consultation and I will be grateful to him forevermore. Even though I made it clear that I was not able to hire an appeals attorney at this time, he still took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on the appeals process in Texas. More than that, though, he was so very KIND to me... sincerely compassionate. Attorneys like that don't just come along every day. This man not only knows his stuff legally, he has a good heart. Anybody would be blessed to have him fighting for them!

Austen is an Amazing Human Being! He does not let legal processes limit what he can do for people in need. I have the feeling that he will be achieving amazing things for his legal firm in the future, as long as he does not stop caring for people in need. He treated me with respect and always showed compassion for my Son and our Family Case. If they were more lawyers like him, our family court system will be a happy and fair setting for ALL. His firm is blessed to have him as a lawyer, this is the main reason I hired them.
