Counselor Janet Spielvogel listened to what I needed and within 48 hours the issue was handled. She was pro-active, communicated with me and kept me up to date. Though these cases are always uncomfortable I felt like i was in good hands and issues/changes were being handled in real time.

Spoke with Jose at the Willowbrook location and was completely blow away with how easy it was to talk with him and explain my situation. He is exceptionally good and being able to calm others. He seems extremely knowledgeable in this area of work and helped me get exactly what i needed. So glad he was the one to help me!
