I was referred to Mr. Mathews back in 2013 after having a very stereotypically poor experience with another attorney. Mr. Mathews did not hesitate to take on my unique and complicated case. He is up front and honest with what to expect and has impeccable follow through. He has been the calm in several legal storms I have encountered and continues to be my legal go-to person in this crazy world. A bonus is that his rates are reasonable as well as his billing. My name is Steve , I was in need of a good lawyer and i had a case that was almost unheard of , i had a lawyer at the time and i couldn't ever get her on the phone, email or texts and i had a had less than 8 hr to stop my grandson from being taken away from us . I call Dave Matthews at his law firm and told him what was going on and i hired him on the spot and with in an hour he had gotten done what it had taken my old lawyer 2 months and she didnt get anything done. He did the job i hired him to do with out us even setting one foot in court , my son got to keep his son, my grandson . I can't say enough great things about Mr. Mathews as my attorney, post divorce. I regret hiring a different attorney to file my divorce and quickly moved to Mr. Mathews as soon as I could.
