My family has used the legal services of Erin Lucke for several years now. Amongst other things, she has done mine and my wife's will, as well as power of attorney ( medical and durable) for my wife, myself and my mother. I never realized how crucial those documents would be until my elderly mothers health begun to fail. Having to take over my mothers affairs, due to illness, I had to present these documents to financial institutions, realtors, title companies, medical facilities and more. The documents were meticulous, specific and professionally drafted. Not even once did I receive any push back, and in all instances was able to act on my mothers behalf in all matters financial, medical and otherwise. Erin was so helpful with helping my 86 year old mother understand what we needed to do with her California trust and will to make it comply with Texas law.
