Not recommended. My wife hired this attorney. He did not answer the questions pertinent to her evictions case, charged her and did not answer the phone afterwards. In multiple emails he gave her runarounds, ignored her questions, and after the case was closed he informed her she now needs to pay him hourly to get her questions about that case answered. Do not get caught in this tactics. Ask your questions before you pay. Of course they appear during the case. Do call daily, do ask until you get clear answers. Do not think they will be answered later. Later the attorney will turn his back on you and throw you out as unnecessary byproduct of your money paid.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Kyle White on two occasions. He is a very competent and timely attorney. I would highly recommend him.

After working with Mr. Hernandez and his team I definitely feel 10x better than I was feeling at the start of my case. Not only were they helpful every step of the way but best of all my case got dismissed!

I was really excited about connecting with Courtney since she has such great reviews! However, she is inexperienced when it comes to custody matters that aren’t as straight forward. She is not an outside of the box thinker or provided a strategy of any kind. She showed very little empathy and was not someone who probed or asked questions about my case to gauge different options or solutions. She was a bit cold and overall a let down. Thankfully I was able to speak to another attorney who did say similar things as Courtney however, was able to provide a long term strategy for my case that would be helpful. If your case has any type of complexity or require proactive thinking - steer clear of this law firm.
