Renter was going to be out on the 15th of month, but was not out until the 16th. Did not return half of his rent. He did not clean all his belongings out of garage, left stuff bolted to ceilings in two bed rooms. Failed to send his forwarding address for return of deposit. Sued us for $7000.00. Bri Luna did a great job helping us with this case.
