John Zgourides represented my family-owned bolt company, Madden Bolt Corporation, in a personal injury case that could have put us out of business. A worker with fractured vertebrae in his neck claimed to have been hit by a large steel item that was thrown by a fellow worker. John 's cross-examination showed that the worker was lying and the jury found we were not negligent. John also defended Madden Bolt in a products liability action where a iron worker fell 40 feet and was catastrophically injured. The plaintiff did not sue my company, but the general contractor and sub-contractors sued us, claiming that our steel anchor bolts were defective. John hired a reknowned metallurgist from Rice University who performed testing on the steel and proved that the steel performed exactly to the specifications of the co-defendant that ordered it from Madden Bolt. The claims against my company were dismissed.

John was, during the entire process kept me well informed and openly discussed all of my options and opportunities, rating the probability of each...what more could a client ask?
