Katie recently helped me to resolve a car accident case that left me in a near-breakdown mental status with terrible physical pain as well. The first time we spoke I actually cried on the phone to her since I was so taken aback at how poorly I was being treated by not only the other driver's insurance company, but my own insurance company as well, which left me feeling alone and helpless. From that first phone call I knew that I was in good hands and that Katie would do all that she could to make sure that I was well taken care of. Throughout the entire process, she was very responsive and attentive, she answered any questions that me or my husband had (and there were plenty!) and went into a great level of detail on what we should expect that left us feeling like we fully understood each step of the process. I feel like Katie truly cares about each of her clients and wants nothing but the best care and outcome for them, which is so refreshing when you've just been through one of the worst experiences of your life.
