I spoke to quite a few attorneys before I found Courtney and after the initial consultation I knew she was the right person for my case. She held my hand through the entire process (which is what I needed) and explained everything throughout to best prepare me for the divorce process. My divorce was extremely complicated and she didn’t shy away from it. She is very well respected in the courtroom. She did not fill my head with unrealistic expectations as some of the other attorneys I spoke with did. She was honest about what I should expect and it was much appreciated. I trusted her every step of the way. She took so much time through emails, calls, texts and mediations at all hours of the night to handle everything that was thrown at her. I felt like she genuinely cared about my children and our best interests instead of just “ringing up a bill”. I am so thankful for Courtney’s expertise and for all of her hard work for me. Courtney is AWESOME!! I was very happy with the level of service she provided! She is very easy to talk to; doesn’t make you feel dumb if you ask a question. Takes the time to listen and lay out a strategy for your case. Gives both, the good and the bad of what “could” happen. She is very straight forward yet compassionate. Reasonable with her prices, even helped me with a payment plan because this modification came out of nowhere. When I first went in to speak with her she put me at ease about the whole situation. As soon as I hired her she got to work quickly and always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my case. If I had to hire her again, I would. Highly recommend!!!

Kept me informed of any issues, evicted the tenant out of the property quickly. When the tenant appealed the first decision Kyle fought it and won.

Hired Kyle to review a land sale contract. He quickly returned his review analysis by email and was available for several follow up calls to clarify a few issues.

I had a very persistent and difficult tenant, Kyle was able to negotiate a settlement in order for me to retain possession of my rental property. The tenant involved was not cooperative of the agreement we signed and Kyle was able to continue re-negotiations thru out the process to a successful end
