Matt horak work hard in the dismissal of my case and he was fantastic I recommend him to anyone that needs help

Matt was a great attorney for the dismissal of my charge and afterwards the expunction of my arrest. Didn't have to worry about the process much as he was reassuring that the courts would decide in my favor. I was as carefree as is possible in such a situation. The expunction period was waived very quickly and I didn't have to do a thing. Would highly recommend Matt for whatever legal trouble you might find yourself in.

Matt was a fabulous person to work with and there was a strong trust in him defending my situation. The communication with me was beyond expectations and he was always on time or available. He treated me as a person and not just a client and kept me calm and and was fantastic to my wife. His courtroom presence was impressive to say the least. I hope I never need representation again but, if so, I will seek Matt out and always refer him to others if needed. He is an outstanding attorney and person.

To begin with I’m a bit OCD, and Matt will know who is typing this. My situation was extremely serious and would have disrupted my ability to provide for my son and his college. Matt worked with me to develop my case, spent time with my divorce attorney to understand how one case could affect the other and developed a defense that was ultimately successful. The judge was a little tough and had me concerned but Matt keep me pulled together during the trial. At one point during the trial we had to make the decision to go for the homerun or strike out. After a few reassuring moments from Matt we swung for the fence. There are two days that will forever be imprinted on my mind…Watching my son being born and hearing the words “not guilty”. Needless to say Matt comes with my highest recommendation.

After consulting with Matt, I knew he was the right choice for my case. I could not jeopardize many aspects of my life due to a possible conviction or even plea to a lessor charge. Matt outlined our course, told me it was going to take some time, and to be patient. All I wanted was to ensure nothing followed me as it related to my record. Not only did Matt deliver on my request, he got the case dismissed!! He felt so passionately about my case he gave me the confidence not to settle and in the end we won! In fact, after months of resets and they didn't even try the case! Matt has a very keen intuitiveness that impressed me whole way. His strategy was flawless! Even with some of the shots that were thrown by the DA, Matt didn't waiver! He knew their every angle.
