I got in touch with Mr. Sheridan Green after I moved from Canada to the USA. We have worked together for the last year or so obtaining all the information needed to petition change of status, green card, employment etc. Mr. Green is a man of experience who knows how to get the job done. He promptly answered any and all questions not hesitating to offer advice and solutions. Thanks to Sheridan I received my green card and got employment authorization quickly with little hassle. Sheridan, without a doubt, is one of the best EB-1a immigration lawyers out there. He was referred to me by a friend who had got his EB-1a petition approved through him. One of the things that struck me in my first conversation, was his attention to detail. He took his time to understand my background and made an assessment to see if I stood a chance. Within a day of our first meeting, I signed a contract with him. All the steps after that were performed judiciously and expediently. He spent a lot of hours working with me to make sure the case was explained in his case summary. (We had a lot of email conversations as well as phone calls to discuss the case). I had my green card within 8 months after my initial contact with him (3 months after i140 approval). This includes the i140 application and approval, the i485 application, fingerprinting, green card approval, and receipt. Boy, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely refer him to anybody who wishes to file an EB-1a application without batting an eyelid.

I found Sheridan Law through an acquaintance at my church who he helped with their immigration/deportation issue. Even though my issue was small and I caught him while he was on vacation, he was still generous enough to respond quickly to my request as well as how much he charged. If not for his assistance, I would still be going in circles as a permanent resident trying to get documents I can't obtain and provide and still be paying thousands and thousands of dollars for every application and renewal.
