I have met with Richard for personal matters as well as business. He is thorough, and his knowledge of legal matters is impressive. He has reviewed contracts, structured companies, revised our Last Will & Testament, and is the process of structuring a partnership agreement for us. I first consulted with Richard in 2007. I was very concerned and troubled about a situation that had arisen. Immediately Richard quelled a great deal of the angst during our first meeting. He went on to represent my company and I for some time. During this time I knew Richard was genuinely there for the duration. Years later, another situation arose. Richard prepared the operating agreement for our newly formed business which included four partners. He also prepared the buy/sell agreement and an employment agreement. Richard was able to lead us through this with great recommendations and prompt turn around. Thanks to Richard's knowledge and experience, the process was uncomplicated and the agreements are solid. All partners were left feeling considered and protected. We will continue to use Richard as needs arise and we will highly recommend him to others.
