In Regards to a previous review!! I have personally talked to and consulted with Mr. Green on several occasions regarding my Motion to Reopen and also my brothers. We spoke for between 30 minutes to an hour in person and by phone. It was not until he needed to research the case more thoroughly that I was charged a small fee, which I believe that was more than fair. Mr. Green was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable regarding Motions to reopen and immigration law/ criminal law. We exchanged ideas on how my case could be argued and he was willing to work with me. His fees for a motion to reopen is very reasonable and he is willing to work with you on the payment. Mr. Green is very attentive and when you call , you get him. There is no waiting weeks for an appointment and if he can see you that day or speak to you about your case that day he WILL!! I highly recommend him. He will listen to you an he will advise you accordingly. He takes his profession very seriously and he is VERY knowledgeable in immigration law.
