I have avoided doing our estate planning for years! I imagined it to be tedious, painful, expensive and difficult! This may have been the case with any other attorney, but not with Jason. He was beyond professional, and he made the process enjoyable! I didn’t have to fill out paper after paper! He met with us and ensured everything was covered for our future! When we had to meet to review documents, he worked around our schedule. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Jason!

I just finished my will, power of attorney and medical directive with Jason. I highly recommend Jason for anyone needing assistance with these legal matters. He explained every part of the will and the POS and medical directive as well as HIPPA. The legal support staff was also kind and efficient. The work was presented in an estate plan binder for perfect organization and storage.

After accumulating a steamer-trunk load of Wills and Addendums and POAs from living in different states and different times, it was well past time to bring everything in our estate into compliance with Texas law and expectation. The problem was, after several weeks of research and quizzing friends, neighbors, and family we had no good hits on an estate planner we could feel comfortable with. They were too big, too stuffy, too distant, too costly, even in one case too busy to return our phone call. I finally asked our real estate agent, who is also an attorney, for a recommendation. He dug around a bit and recommended Jason Lindamood. Bingo! Jason is everything the others were not: he is sincere, focused, adept, engaging, and remarkably communicative. He and his small firm are also quick, responsive, and human from top to bottom. He did not attempt to upsell us on his services; instead, he helped us avoid a costlier revocable trust we thought we needed and still avoid probate for all but our house. For us, Lindamood Law Firm, PLLC was (and is) the cat’s meow.

I’ve read the positive reviews here and honestly have no idea who in the hell these people are describing. The Adam Looney that represented me was a buffoon from start to finish. He was in so far over his head, I almost felt sorry for him. Edited to add: the writing was on the wall from the beginning. He never returned calls, was late to appointments, and was completely obtuse. Recently other Montgomery county attorneys have shared with me their lack of respect for him and his (lack of) reputation among his peers. I feel like I was the last to find out, and his complete ineffectiveness has changed my life forever. It’s been absolutely devastating. At trial, opposing counsel made a complete fool of him. The judge literally mocked him and his lack of professionalism and understanding of the law. Evidence that I spent months gathering and providing to him- was never even submitted to the court. He showed up to court in wrinkled, sloppy, clothes- a cheap jacket and pants, not even a suit. His tie was crooked, not even under his collar, and his shirt was dingy and missing buttons. After a shocking verdict (not in my favor) and in light of his complete and utter failure, I reached out to him. I was completely out of money, having spent well into 5 figures on this case over the years. He eventually responded and stated he’d be happy to confer with me and offer some advice. Then he ghosted me. Yup! Ghosted me. So after 15 years of having SOLE Legal Guardianship of my children, I no longer even see them. Custody was given to my ex-husband; they have all been subjected to intense parental alienation, and I no longer have the money to fight this case, or even afford representation to have my visitation enforced. I literally do not see or speak to my children, after being a single parent with SOLE custody for their entire lives. I can honestly say, trusting Adam Looney is the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. He’s a horrible lawyer, and a horrible human.

Margaret took the time to explain everything to me in "normal" terms instead of legal jargon which made it much easier to understand. Estate planning is not something most people like to think about but she made the process extremely easy. Would highly recommend her services.
