I was lucky enough to get her as my court appointed attorney and I really couldnt have been any luckier. She was professional and knowledgeable. Everything she said she was correct about and she helped me prove my case. Highly suggest! I wish I could've paid her! She's also a very exceptional looking lady! We required the services of a lawyer to resolve a trespassing neighbor. We also preferred to have a lawyer who knew Spanish as well, due to language barrier. I had scheduled an appointment for a consultation via phone for a specific time/day and they never reached out to me. While waiting for the call, I called them and left a voice mail asking if our call was going to take place. No follow up, this is very unprofessional.

He is patient and thoughtful and motivated by doing the right thing. His fees are a bargain. He is worth at least twice what he charges. He is a natural at advocacy. My divorce was devastating and at a crisis state by the time I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Looney take over my case. I saw firsthand his comprehensive knowledge of family law and finance and diplomacy to name a few of his gifts. He had my back from the day I hired him. Margaret was a pleasure to work with on our estate planning needs. She is a true professional and she makes one feel comfortable asking any and all questions. The experience was not the “usual” client/attorney experience. I felt as if I were sitting down with a dear friend. Our estate plan had a great deal of stipulations that we wanted in place and Margaret handled them with ease. She always answered anytime that I called, explained everything thoroughly and would then email any changes we had discussed. We had our initial meeting on a Monday, emails and phone calls in between our follow up meeting the following Monday to sign all documents. Monday evening she emailed all of our documents and hand delivered the finished product to our home two days later. It is obvious just how much she loves working with her clients and how she goes well beyond what one would expect. We highly recommend Margaret and will be referring family and friends as well.
