We had to pursue foreclosure proceedings on a property in South Texas. Not knowing who to turn to for help, we found Bri Luna's business card from her presentation we had attended a few years ago. She and her team helped us every step of the way and successfully foreclosed on the property for us. From the moment we first contacted Merita Rice, inquiring about her legal services, we were impressed by her professional and friendly demeanor. We consulted with two other attorneys before approaching Merita, but once we met with her at her office in The Woodlands, there was no doubt in our minds that she was not only highly qualified and experienced, but also had her finger on the pulse regarding all immigrant-related legislation (which seemed at the time to be in a constant state of flux). Bri has done several cases for us now, she helped us in one of our biggest when a company sued us for trademark infringement and of course she and her all star team defended us aggressively and it got dismissed quickly. She reached a settlement in 2 weeks, she updated us on a daily basis. She had her entire team and attorneys on the case and got it handled so professionally. After that first case, we have continued to use her law firm for any legal matter. Trust me when I say we arent using any one else anymore!
