Three years ago, Atty Rice successfully assisted in removing the conditions of residence for my wife and stepson. Processing the application for my wife was pretty easy and straightforward. For my stepson, however, there were some complications due to a failure on my part to file his paperworks before the expiration date indicated in his green card.
