Mr. Thompson developed the documents used by our local Band Booster Organization to obtain 501c3 status. At the time of the request I was the President of the Organization and initiated the contact. He worked with our CPA to make sure all records compiled with applicable federal and state laws. He was able to accomplish the task in an efficient manner, which was very important to our Organization.

Rich was thorough and responsive while my father's estate processed through probate without issue.
