Todd Lehn and his whole office are BEYOND AMAZING. I cannot stress enough how great they have been. I could write a book. Absolutely amazing, clear, & thorough communication. Polite, respectful and just plain out kind. Tamara the office manger is so sweet and helpful. She kept me updated on what Todd was doing for me every step of the way via phone, voicemail, emails, etc. She made sure I never missed a beat even if it didn’t require action from me. Their response time is lightning fast. I will never use anyone else ever again for legal needs. We used Todd Lehn recently for a couple of old tickets. The process was painless and Chasity really helped me understand everything. She constantly kept me up to date, giving me step-by-step instructions on what to do and how to do it. Never had to go into court, Todd and his team handled everything. They were also very quick and responsive, literally such a smooth process. The outcome of the cases was far better than the predicted outcome we originally thought would go into play. Professional and Personable!! I got myself into some pretty deep stuff after getting into a car accident last year. My charge was driving while license suspended w/ previous conviction with no insurance and no registration. I thought I was in a hole I couldn’t get out of, but Todd Lehn was able to get my case dismissed without even having to go to court. Tamara did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me and keeping me in the loop with my case as well!! Got my first speeding ticket after moving to Texas for 10 years from the state trooper on I45 north of Conroe. Was going a little too fast according to the office and unfortunately I wasn't eligible for taking to defensive driving course due to my speed was 25mph or more than the speed limit. Not really sure about dealing with the court, so I hired Todd Lehn based on the excellent reviews and I'm glad I did. Todd's team took care of everything for me. Although the case couldn't be dismissed but the penalty was significantly reduced to a 30-day probation plus the court fees. I hope not to use your service anytime soon, but thank you again for the painless experience.
