They do the bare minimum for you as a landlord. They do not present any options other than the bare minimum and are easily intimidated by opposing counsel. Also, it is possible that their lawyers do not have favor with judges. Again, if there are options beyond the bare minimum, they will not let you in on it.

I am beyond grateful for Courtney and her work, patience , expertise and clear thinking during my extremely high conflict divorce and custody issues.
