They ware worth the money

I had a great time.

The Bolton Law Firm was amazing when helping me with my divorce. From the very first call, I felt like my legal team cared about me. Every step of the way my paralegal told me what to expect, and my attorney was prepared and confident. When we went to mediation I felt so prepared. I was able to get alot of safeguards to protect my kids. I will forever be grateful that I found this firm.

I have had a privilege to see Ruby Bolton in action several times during a long-standing, complex divorce case. I am glad she is representing this person whom I am also supporting with professional services. Ruby has mastered complex details of a multi-faceted case and has expertly navigated various parts of the process. She has very caring and positive demeanor and is quick to use effective legal strategies. She has responded effectively to evolving situations created by a presiding judge. Clients are lucky to have Ruby represent them.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with an Attorney. The staff is either not available, unhelpful, rude or just doesn’t care. The only thing they are interested in is taking your money. I would suggest go somewhere else.

If you have money to spare and don't want any results this is your attorney. They ask for over a $xx,xxx retainer fee. The paralegal was extremely sweet but she was new and had no idea what she was doing. There were times I knew more information than she did. The lawyer who was assigned to my case had no clue what was going on and it took them almost a month to get a protective order in place. My ex husband even stated he was a joke. He said he actually felt bad after he found out how much we spent. My husbands lawyer had notes and everything typed in a nice binder the first day of court. It was organized with a table of contents. My lawyer had notes scribbled from the night before no binder and was just winging it. He was extremely unprofessional and was constantly touching me inappropriately. I would've been better off representing myself. If you want to pay 500-600 for a single response email be my guest and go for it but we ended up hiring a new attorney. We never got the remainder of the retainer but I heard they received a new level in their building. I'm glad it went to such a worthy cause. NOT The head paralegal could not get the decree right the first, second or third time. She had to call me constantly due to her errors and truly it was lack of trying or listening knowing she'd get paid either way. I even typed it up for her and they charged me for sending the photo. They charged for having to organize my photos. I was charged for all those phone calls and emails even though if she'd read correctly and did her job she'd not needed my assistance. They refused to refund my money for any of their errors and quite frankly are the WORST attorneys office I've ever had to work with. They charged for every little thing even when it was something that they should've known. She couldn't seem to get it together no one could. My lawyer didnt even try to fight for me the day we went to court. He literally stated I should just take whatever offer they give me. I wasn't going to win and he didn't even try to seem intimidating. Why would he have to? He gets paid over 600 or 800 for doing nothing. Now this isn't my first rodeo and unfortunately my first divorce attorney is deceased otherwise it would've been a no brainer. Save your money if you want to waste money go buy yourself a new car or have a tummy tuck. You'll thank me later.
