I had a very good experience with Ruby. She was able to guide me through some difficult questions that I had. Also, she was able to clear up some of the things I was misinterpreting and offer me some solid advice. We called twice to get information about setting an appointment regarding emancipation, which is one of the first things listed on their website. And was told they don't handle emancipation. The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. I called again and spoke to another receptionist regarding a different matter, and I heard her yelling in the background to the first receptionist I spoke to that "it was the same lady" and then she also hung up on me with no explanation. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.
