I had a consultation today at 2:30. Nobody called. I called them around 3pm, no answer. They called me back. As we were talking, I was asking several questions. Of course! This is a consultation. Whoever I spoke with act like she couldn’t answer any question. She kept saying “once you book me we can talk further.” What a waste of time! Going to someone who actually cares
