This man deserves more than 5 stars. He listened to me, he answered all my calls, He was polite and understanding, and he got my case completely dropped immediately! He is by far the most professional lawyer I have came across. It can be extremely expensive and frustrating to have an attorney who is not doing their job. This man is worth every penny. He reunited me back with my two little girls and I will always be forever thankful for that. If you are looking to win your case CHOOSE HIM! I would just like to add that my case was not an easy case to beat. He got my assault with a deadly weapon thrown . Also, I have other priors on my record. I know he worked really hard. America needs more people like Gary Miller in our justice system.

Mr. Miller is the best lawyer you could ever ask for not only is he kind and courteous he is extremely knowledgeable in handling DWI cases. I was charged with a DWI and from our very first meeting Mr. Miller was able to put my mind at ease, and was with me every step of the way. If I ever had a question(and believe me I had a tons) or concerns he was just a phone call or text message away. My case did go to trial but due to Mr. Miller's extensive knowledge in field sobriety testing, the blood draw process, and the officers questioning process my case was dismissed in the middle of my trial. I can honestly say I don't think I would have had the same out come if I went with anyone else his experience in working on both sides (he was a prosecutor before he became a defense attorney) really came in handy. Mr. Miller is now helping me with the expunction process. I will be forever thankful to Mr. Miller for all his help, support, and for always going that extra mile. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. He is truly the best.

Gary is the type of counsel that you hope you will come across, should you ever need it- he takes a personal interest in you, is willing to go the extra mile to assist you, and is great at making you feel like he genuinely has your back. Several months after my case was resolved, I needed some hard-to-obtain documentation for a new job and he hunted it down for me with no questions asked. Mr. Miller was extremely helpful with my unfortunate case. Since our initial consultation, he was friendly, brief, and very knowledgable. I am very pleased to recommend Mr. Miller. He gave me advice right away of what to do at work, he solved my case promptly. From our first meeting, Gary put me at ease quite a bit; that's really saying a lot, considering how distraught I was about my situation. He was able to give me the full scope of what we were dealing with early on with my case, which was so important to me in terms of feeling confident and not worrying about it too much as it all proceeded. As we made our way through several date resets in court, it felt beyond laborious for me. However, there was absolutely never a moment when I did not trust Gary fully to give me and my case full attention. I found him to be kind and compassionate, and he certainly never treated my case as an abstract or faceless operation. His fee was more than appropriate for the work he did, and I firmly believe that the eventual case dismissal that he was able to obtain for me might not have happened at all, had I been working with an attorney with even a bit less commitment and dedication to individuals and the process. In a very scary and daunting time for me, he came through in the most amazing of ways. His words were never empty promises; he was always clear about what he would do his best to obtain.
