I didn't feel I was represented by her. Her and the other lawyer met privately and she came out and said here is the offer and take it of leave it.

The firm helped me with a previous legal matter and the support was okay. A couple of months ago, I emailed twice asking for help on an urgent situation, or at minimum, a referral to an attorney who could help. I never received a response.

Emily and Teresa are fantastic people and really listen to your concerns. I love that they want to work out things amicably first but can be tough if need be. Highly recommend.

I would still have to deal with the other counsel if she didn’t step in and assist me through the end of it.
