There really isn't room enough for me to write enough about our positive experiences with Andrea Kolski. I don't usually write reviews or recommendations, however, I can highly recommend Andrea with confidence. In my younger years, I spent over 15 years working for attorneys in New Orleans and Houston. They all just happened to be men. Andrea is the first time we've ever had contact with a female attorney. Her attention to detail is something I hadn't seen before. She is extremely organized and ALWAYS responds to you when you need her - something else I hadn't seen before. Andrea also always makes herself available if you need a face to face meeting. She has excellent relationships and appears to be highly respected by fellow attorneys, court personnel and law enforcement. No one ever WANTS to need an attorney, but sometimes your kids will do something stupid and you need help. Andrea is extremely smart and is able to offer expert advice in difficult situations. She is also a very caring person who often met one-on-one with our son and counseled him (which wasn't even part of the job). Our entire family is thankful for Andrea and the results she provided us. We trust her and recommend her without hesitation.

Andrea Kolski is a great trial lawyer and knows the law. As a former court coordinator in a District Court for almost 20 years, I witnessed Andrea in many trials. I refer her to anyone who needs representation in criminal and family law cases.

Andrea Kolski has been an awesome lawyer representing our son, and managed to get several misdemeanor charges and a felony drug charge dismissed. Because of her outstanding ability to negotiate with the different district attorney’s and judges involved in the cases, our son’s record was cleared without ever going to trial. I was appointed Mr. Meyers by the public defenders office. I was arrested and my bond was set at $10,000 to walk. I was charged with a class 4 felony. Mr. Meyers has issues with communication in the courtroom and when speaking to clients from what I experienced. Aspects of the case that I pointed out to him that would have proved my innocence were ignored by Mr. Meyers. My experience with Mr. Meyers was negative mostly because he made decisions without consulting me, he did everything by agreement when I specifically asked him not to. His conduct in the court room was not satisfactory based on his motions and refusal to challenge decisions I asked him to such as reconsideration. His answer was telling me to do an appeal, which I intend to do. We had a bench trial, and the states main witness lacked credibility and I pointed out about 8 vary big contradictions that we could have used to point out my innocence but Mr. Meyers disregarded. By definition he was ineffective in and out of the court room. He apears to be always on the verge of an anxiety attack and seems really nervous in the court room. It was almost as if the Judge didn't take him serious and that Mr. Meyers was off base with most of his motions and actions in court. These are the reasons I cannot recommend Mr. Meyers, I wish I would have had a way to contact and pay for a lawyer, before this conviction I had a clean record and was never in trouble with the law. I feel that if I had any reasonable representation in the court room I would not be in this situation. Mr. Meyers did not give me a reasonable or rational defense. He also refused to get me transcripts or copys of any documents. He takes weeks to return phone calls, he always says he was on Vacation. I complained to his Manager multiple times but it was too late.

Mr. Crawley and his team are great. Everything we asked for is what we received. We couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Thank you for everything you have done for us. The Luciano Family
