This is absolutely the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever had the misfortune to speak with. 1st of all, he was full of excuses as to why my file was just sitting on his desk for months and when I called him out on it, he hung up in my face. He wanted to tell me he had a lot of conflicting information when the truth of the matter is he never took the time to sort thru the information he was provided. He claimed to have everything he needed, gave two different closing time frames like this week or next week, neither happened because he had not done what he needed to do. There's a name for this kind of misleading talk. He knew that was not going to happen because he called me after the second time he gave a closing time frame asking questions that he would and should have already answered from the documents he had. Just pathetic, if you want to sell your paid for clear title no lien home, I suggest you look for someone else who will be professional, timely and truthful from the beginning. Good luck!

I consulted with Murphy & Assoc. on a builder dispute we had with a local builder. To make a long story short the builder tried to claim we had breached our contract 2 days before we were scheduled to close and were going to deny us the ability to purchase the property and they were going to keep our earnest money. I engaged Murphy & Assoc. the next day and the problem was solved that day. We were able to close on time. The fact that Sean was able to take our situation on and get it resolved so quickly, was amazing. The builder backed down as soon as he saw Murphy & Assoc. was on the case. I would absolutely recommend Murphy & Assoc. to anyone needing legal help from a bad situation with a home builder.
