My husband and I had issues while trying to sell our house to a buyer who was causing one problem after another. We contacted Mr. Murphy and he got back to us right away, listened to our concerns, and gave us knowledgeable and excellent advice. He knew exactly how to handle the unreasonable and difficult buyer we were dealing with. Buyer had lost funding, but was hiding that information; however, Mr. Murphy read the signs and knew exactly what was going on. Without his help we may not have made the right decisions. Thanks to him, we got out of the deal and were rid of that menace. Additionally, mr. Murphy was very easy to talk to. Seldom does one need legal advice for pleasant situations. In a terribly stressful time Mr. Murphy was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but very friendly as well. His kind demeanor did so much to help alleviate the pressure we felt.
