She did not keep her commitment to the case she said she would take and was qualified for. She clearly did not do much of anything to warrant keeping the retainer amount. She was unable to be reached for months. She didn't even call to update the case to pretend she was even working on it. After never hearing from her, I realized she totally abandoned me as her client. I sent letters and tried to get a refund of the fee she was given. I have hear NOTHING. I am filing a complaint with the State Bar and have had to consult another attorney to get a refund back as she did nothing.
