Ms. Heindel and her team did an excellent job representing my child support case. They are knowledgeable and helped me understand each step of the case. I felt that I always knew my options and that Ms. Heindel and her team represented my best interest. Responses were prompt, courteous, and professional. Ms. Heindel and her associates went above and beyond with their service and should the need arise, I will retain her firm again.

Diane Heindel is by far the best attorney I have hired/had a consultation with. During my child custody case I started off using an attorney from Dallas who was unprofessional and was never able to be reached. Anytime I wanted to speak with Diane personally it was never an issue, office staff was very helpful, kind and always available whenever I had any questions. I ended up getting full custody and even more than I asked for in the end. I would recommend her to anyone!

My experience was horrible. I could never get her to respond to me, I did all of the work for her, and when it came time to go to court, she flaked out. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I hired Ms. Heindel to represent me in my custody modification hearing based on reviews from another website and our consultation. I felt confident when I left the meeting, but when it came time for court, she bombed out. I did all the leg work for her, told her what my ex was going to say and even highlighted the most important points of my case and she still lost the case. She was not helpful beyond the initial consultation and I would not recommend her to anyone wanting to be decently represented. She was all over the place and wasted much of our time allotted by the judge asking the same questions in different ways.

She did a pretty good job on my case. I had a pretty nasty battle on my hands but she got me through it with a good outcome. I would use her and recommend her to anyone.

I can never get her to respond to me. I understand they are busy people. But when im paying you $300 hour I expect an email or phone call back updating me on case. She also has let other attorney take lead in case which has ended up causing me to lose my case. All bark no bite just like most family law attorneys.
