Diane is a great attorney. I'm not sure that she is accepting new clients.

Very respectful & polite people

Hard to get to meet with Diane. Her husband handles everything and you have to repeat. Terrible about returning calls or getting information from them. We had to change attorneys as we found out that her husband had missed deadlines and didn't provide info we needed. WE've sent numerous emails/left numerous phone messages and no response to get some of our paperwork returned.

Although polite and nice, she didn't work much on our case. She lied to the other party and then charged for hours she didn't work. She also forgot to tell us about a court date that we missed! We reported her to the state bar. It turns out the state bar is only concerned if she is sober, which she unfortunately is.
