While I have only used one law firm before I can honestly say this law firm is the only one I would choose. As a young driver I had little experience in accidents and had no idea how to handle one. This law firm made everything so simple for me. I felt right at home, they worked with my busy schedule and accomplished everything they promised. They reach far beyond my expectations and I know exactly where to go if I ever need anything.

Excellent customer service, impressive efficiency by the entire staff. A particular smile from a young woman staffer brightened my otherwise hectic day... I Believe her name was Bianca.

I was injured and my vehicle totaled by another driver. My wife and I turned to Roberts and Roberts to seek legal advice . We wanted to make sure that our vehicle was replaced at a fair value and all impending medical bills were paid as well as our health insurance reimbursed. We worked closely with both Bruce Roberts and Karen Roberts as well as their assistants Jennifer Gallegly and Lori. Bruce and Karen are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough making you feel completely confident and at ease. They really care about their clients well being. Jennifer and Lori do an excellent job as well. Always available for questions and to help with anything we might need. Everyone treated us like we were always a priority. Whenever we visited the office we were met with a friendly greeting and a smile from the receptionist at the front desk. She also answers the phone in the same manner. Communication was always easy whether by email, phone, or in person. Blane Carrifee did an awesome job negotiating with the other insurance company on the settlement for my vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me a fair settlement amount. He wasn't happy until I was happy. My wife and I will forever be grateful to Bruce Roberts, Karen Roberts and the whole Roberts and Roberts Firm for taking care of us during a very stressful time . We can't imagine having done it without them. This was our first experience having to hire an attorney, but I am confident in saying no one compares to Roberts and Roberts. We highly recommend them.
