After 18 months, my case dropped and therefore I am now responsible for medical bills that were agreed to be paid under an LOP. If I didn't have excellent insurance I would have been dropped from the practice. They did not respond to text, calls, or emails in a timely manner. I am very disappointed having had 2 uncles that were lawyers and studying prelaw myself.....this kind of practice is why I chose not to pursue law. We were hit by someone street racing on I-20 in Dallas and have an excellent case. I feel thier actions were more motivated by the insurance cap of $30k, and not for any good reason.

Mark and his team are absolutely wonderful. His paralegal and himself was proactive with calling and updating me on my case. The office was clean and neat and everyone was very informative , customer service was 100%. I’ll def call him again in the future if needed ……

My experience has been amazing. My legal team was amazing. The paralegal (Brittney) that I worked with went above and beyond what I ever expected. She was so awesome about listening to me complain about the pain that I was in. She always was very helpful with any question I had and if she wasn’t sure she would tell me she wasn’t sure and would get back to me as soon as she knew something. Chris Carver and Casey Kelly we’re extremely helpful with the whole process. They helped me understand everything that was happening and why. I can’t say enough about how great my legal team was.
