Mr. Carlo D'Angelo is the best! I hired him a couple months ago, I was falsely accused of stealing fabric at Walmart, the employee didn't scan my item and I wasn't aware and they accused me of stealing ridiculous. Mr. Carlo D'Angelo dismissed my case. He is very professional and did everything possible for me. I highly recommend Mr. Carlo D'Angelo if you have any legal problems.

I used carlo back in an 03' case in broward. Just turned 18 at the time but scored out to mandatory prison. The guy worked his magic, I got off on a happily 5 years probation. He was always upfront, kept in contact w me along the way. He is a gem! Texas gained a great one.

We have been fighting almost 7 years a protective order issued by the state of Texas. All young kids make mistakes and we paid for our....I suddenly lost the support of my husband, my kids father was absent from our home all due to this protective order...Carlo took our case and we walked out of that court room holding hands for the 1st time in almost 7 years!!!! Our family slept in one house for the 1st time in 7 years!!!!!!! This was an amazing feeling. Carlo did an amazing job dealing with a difficult small town DA who flip flopped back and forth for almost 2 years toying with my young daughter's life. As of yesterday, the DA has decided to no longer pursue the matter. Without Carlo's diligent efforts my daughter's future remained bleak. Now her future has no ceiling! I had a DWI charge and Carlo got me a great deal- I can tell you that specifically there were people in the courtroom with the same charge and I heard their sentencing - and I am so happy Carlo represented me. Mr. D'Angelo saved my son's life. He was sentenced to 30 years confinement at the age of 19. When Mr. D'Angelo was assigned to defend my son he immediately began to plan an aggressive defense strategy for him. He always kept in communication with his client and myself. Even when things did not look good he kept us motivated. He always answered my questions, no matter how busy his schedule was. He fought for my son above and beyond, knowing in his heart things were not right about his case. He is a fighter for the less fortunate offenders who are railroaded by our so called justice system. He negotiated with the prosecutors office to allow my son to win a new trial and my son received a 10 year sentence. Mr. D'Angelo fearlessley took on a justice system that had little if any regard for the injustices of my son's case. If it were not for Mr. D'Angelo my son would have spent 30 years in prison, being released and no good to himself nor society. At least now my son came be released, pay his debt to society and still have his life back at a young age.
