I have used Keith Miller's office for both of my accidents. His office staff are ALL incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone is great but Randy and Stephanie seriously go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you deserve and the best care from the best facilities in Tyler. The receptionist is super friendly and personable. Exactly the type of person you want being the first voice your clients hear when they call. Another great thing, for me, was that someone was ALWAYS available. There was never a time I called and had to leave a message for someone to call me back. There was always someone there to answer questions and actually have answers, not "I don't know, I'll get back to you." Keith himself is really nice too. He is also available-usually-and has no problem talking with you and answering questions. These guys really go above and beyond for their people.

Nick is a genuine ,honest person if he tells you he’s gonna do something he gets it done. Nick treats you with respect and like your family and in my eyes I think that makes him a good attorney someone you can count on in your time of need. If you want someone who will fight for you and has your back your first choice should always be Nick Pesina.

Keith Miller and his staff were very friendly , and they took care of me ,and answered all my questions ,kept me updated regularly ,helped with all my medical needs and I was very happy with them.I would highly reccomend Keith Miller and his staff ,if you need help invoving a car wreck .They were very proffessional.I appreciatedappreciated all they did for me.

Carlo D'Angelo is a great attorney. He is caring and compassionate with his clients and will get the job done. He is not afraid to go up against his opposition. Shelly his assistant is amazing, they were easy to communicate with and they work great as a team. They actually listen and care about their clients. He is the GOAT! Hopefully we want ever need him again but if so he would be my only call.

My experience with this firm was nothing less of fantastic. They handled my case professionally and with empathy. Their communication is superb as well.

Very patient, empathetic, knowledgeable, always does what he says he is going to do, makes himself and his office available without ever feeling like you are “bothering them”, they take every call just like the first. He went to bat for me and produced results. It was a great and reassuring process from the day I stepped into his office. If I could give ten stars I would!

I survived a car crash in 2018. My crash was the worst thing that ever happened to me, and everytime I see your ads with the crashing truck on youtube, it ruins my day. Please, stop showing these awful ads.

I'm 73 and hit by a young girl using her cell January 2020. She totaled my car and I went to the ER. I contacted Keith Miller the next day and saw me that day. Our meeting was professional and respectful. Randy and Michelle were great. Case settled one year later very satisfactory. I appreciate Keith and his considerate staff for their kindness. Great firm.
