First of all the original lawyer, we had worked with left the firm. We called back about a year later on an enforcement issue, and the firm could not find our file. They asked us to pay a whole new orientation fee, which we did. We resent all the case details in completion. We asked them to draft a letter to the other party and were very specific on what we needed. After about 3 weeks, the letter was sent to the other party and was completely off track. They had chosen to send the letter without our review and/or approval. It was really embarrassing. We brought it to their attention, and they seemed to be offended and didn’t like our tone. They charged us for what time they had spent and returned our retainer. Bottom line, they really do not pay attention to detail. In my opinion. I know when I make a mistake I have to stand up and accept responsibility. I would look elsewhere as we have done.

(Dad & stepmom review) I went through many reviews in 2022 trying to find the law firm most experienced with representing fathers. As most of us know, the system is extremely biased to most dads in the state of Texas. (Just to clarify, she represents mothers too, but I specifically hired her due to experience with dads.) Lisa Moran takes representing her clients to a whole new level. If you want a “bulldog” in the court room, it’s her. She truly fights for what’s right & does not give up. I have never seen a lawyer fight as hard as she did throughout our entire 5 day final trial. She NEVER backed down. She truly was invested in our case doing everything she could to help us protect my husband’s daughter. I can’t say enough good things about this entire law firm. They ALL work together & each individually have so many strengths that end up benefitting each case. You won’t find a lawyer who fights harder than Lisa Moran. I will be submitting a separate review for Sky Donovan & Lydia De La Luz who were both paralegals on our case. Not only is Lisa Moran the best, but she hires the best to work for her. These 2 paralegals honestly were the most experienced I have met! They too became extremely invested & fought hard right alongside us. They spoke up with ideas & never backed down either. Overall, whether you’re a mother or father THIS is the law firm you need on your side. Even walking into the courtroom, you can feel the intimidation by their presence. They aren’t there to play, they’re there to fight for you. Thank you all again for everything you have done for us.

I cannot say enough good things about this man. He has stood by my side during my frantic text messages, my annoying phone calls, and has always made me feel better after I spoke with him. Just to give a little short summary my daughter, my best friend, was killed in a car accident while doing DoorDash. DoorDash claimed she was not on an active delivery and refused to pay the life insurance. Nick was able to pretty much do the impossible and prove that she was on an active Dash and got me the maximum allowable death benefit plus medical bills. No one else wanted to take my case, but Nick was all in from the beginning. If you are like me, and you don’t like those stuffy law offices, where they treat you like, just another case number, you definitely need to go see Nick he is one of the nicest, most caring people that I have met. I’d give him 10 stars if I could and I’m not done with him yet although sometimes I bet he wishes that I was. Lol I 100% recommend him to anyone.
