Mr. Davison did what he said he was going to do, in a timely manner. He was kind, and he was very professional at his job, his secretary is a very efficient and kind person. they both made sure my family would feel certain and sure that everything was going to be fine, and the case was going to be resolved, and it did.

Thad represented my brother in law and I in a criminal trespassing case that was completely fraudulent due to a Cherokee County Constable's lies. He did his research on everything possible and came 100% prepared to fight for us. We went up against one of the most unprofessional people (Cherokee County Attorney) that tried to twist our answers around to work in her favor. Thad stayed calm and collected until it was time not to. We ultimately received a "Not guilty" verdict in our jury trial. He did an absolutely amazing job in our case. I plan to stay in contact with him and would use him again if ever needed.

I hired Thad to represent me in two cases. He was all talk at consultation. He told me everything I wanted to hear. After a court date that my husband attended with me, Thad became very volger and angry. He cursed me out throwing the F bomb many times. When my husband asked him not to talk to me that way, Thad threatened him and told him to leave. Thad proceeded to tell me he was divorced and didn't want my husband of 15 years around me. He didn't want him in court with me or didn't want me to have anything to do with my Own Husband. He punched his file into his brief case and acted like he wanted to punch me. Wow I could not believe this. He avoided my calls until February 27 where he sent me a motion to withdrawal and complete Lied on it. Please BEWARE!

Mr. Davidson treated my situation like he actually cared about what happened. He was straight forward and told me what my options were. He listened. He made me feel like I was a human again and had self worth. He never once had me feeling like he wasn't advocating for me. Some attorneys take your money and do not see you again until the day of your hearing, but not Mr. Davidson. He clearly earns every dollar you spend with him.

I was the defendant in a case in one of the scariest felony courts in Smith County. I thought I was going to go to prison for the rest of my life. But Mr. Davidson investigated my case and found witnesses to support me. In the middle of the trial, right when I thought things were at their worst and that I was going to get sent away forever, Mr. Davidson popped surprise questions on the cop in the case which made the judge stop the case and read the cop his miranda rights right there in front of the jury.
