It will not let me put less than one star or I would. He wasted 6 months on our case stalling. He had us gathering things and kept telling us, "We're waiting on the investigator." We already had and submitted pictures. Kept having to call them because they would not communicate with us. They made us feel like we were bothering them. After 6 months of stalling, they finally said they couldn't help us and blew us off with a line about "we didn't know you tripped!" We went elsewhere (Sloan Law Firm) who did help us and won our case. Wouldn't recommend these guys for anything.
