I cannot detail how incredible the services that Rollings, Wood and Pace provided for me as a client. Always on time or even early for our scheduled meetings as well as clearly detailing any part of the case. Always answering my questions and citing other cases/sources to back up where they thought the case would go in my favor. They took care of my case in a way that left even my family in shock of how the charge was resolved and helped me get back on the right path. If you have any criminal defense cases that fall under what they're familiar with working I'd highly recommend at least visiting with the firm as all their staff is warm and welcoming. If you are looking for two damn good criminal defense lawyers, you’ve come to the right place! We hired Mr. Jeff Wood and Mr. Brian Rollings to represent our son, who was facing a lengthy prison sentence that easily would’ve destroyed his life. From the moment I called, Kelsey and Diana and Brenda were so helpful and kind, and scheduled me right away to meet Brian and Jeff. Jeff & his Paralegal Diana are absolutely amazing. He was very serious from the get-go, and took great care of me, handling the entire case diligently. I had never been in trouble. I picked Brian Rollings because he was friendly his partner I only saw once. Brian was in court most weekdays and in his office sometimes after 2pm. He spoke with me a few times went to court for me a few times. He resolved my issue at the DA level so I did not go to Court on any charge. He did what I asked and I paid what he asked. I tend to like friendly people and Brian had a friendly demeanor that I liked personally. Some reviews say they do not answer calls, I think with this group it is better to go up to the office and speak with them face to face. I would have liked more communication but I had no idea how busy Brian was. With that said I’m thankful I hired him I am thankful he choose to work for me also. I pray that Brian stays well and represents many more people in the future. Thanks Brian for your support and hard work.

Outstanding law firm, I hired this firm to represent me a week after I was arrested in Smith County Texas. They were very willing to work with me on payments for their services. I had some serious charges against me and they worked very hard and diligently on my case. I never had to make one appearance in court, they were able to get my case drop by the district attorney before my court dates.
