I personally couldn't have asked for better. Ms Evan was a million times better than my expectations. My process was very drawn out and to put it, just miserable. I highly recommend.

I have a big family, & a wealth of community & friends. I have both personally hired & referred many attorneys in the State of Texas, & in The City of Tyler, Tx. Mr. Harrison, is by far one of the best if not The Best attorney in this City. He has worked miracles for The Families & their communities. He not only care about his Clients but also their families. A huge “Thank you” to Evan Barat. She was assigned as an amicus atty for my husband’s adult disabled non-verbal son. She is fair, honest, understanding and responds quickly to calls and emails. What a true blessing to have someone that is fair to both parties and her concern and welfare and best interest of the child. We appreciate all of her understanding of the situation and her recommendations that were in the best interest for most importantly the adult disabled child and all parties involved.

We hired Brett for my husband and he blew us away with how he fought for him along with the compassion & understanding he had with other personal health issues my husband sustained while his case was going on. It delayed his case but we were ok with that because Brett’s main concern was my husbands health. We also dealt with Matt who was very nice, professional & understanding as well. A lot of communication with Carrie too & she was so sweet as I myself spoke with her multiple times, even cried with her on the phone as my husband was not expected to live at one point. If we had questions or anything our calls or emails were always returned & either answered or handled then or very quickly after if they had to find out any info. They all handled every bit of his case so well professionally & personally! They’re also honest & direct which is much needed when there’s unknown results. And in the end the outcome of his case & the offer my husband took blew us away! We couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer & legal team! Hands down the best! I will give credit where it's due: when I closed my account with them, my deposit was returned quickly. The paralegal/legal assistants are also great. Otherwise, I had an awful experience. I'm going through a mess right now, entirely due to Steve and Chelsea's failure to advocate for me or communicate with me properly. Four months of my time gone. Money wasted. Now I'm stuck racing the clock to take care of something that should have been handled months ago. I'm very surprised by how things turned out. This seems like a reputable firm, and I'm sure they do good work then they have a mind to. I don't know what happened other than they couldn't admit they were too busy for my case. When I wasn't getting any substantial communication from them, I even gave them an easy out and let them know if they were too busy, to just let me know and I'd find other representation. They couldn't even respect me enough to do that. I'm sure they have their own perspective on things, but what I'm going through now due to their negligence is real. Maybe they do right by lots of other clients, but they truly let me down.
