My mom was recently in the hospital in Tyler, TX and given her age and her situation she revealed to me that she did not have a will and would like one. There was no way she could leave the hospital and when I called the Sinclair Law Offices I was releaved to come in contact with Ms. Gibbins who was more than accomodating and visited my mom in the hospital several times and even brought the office notary so the process could be completed in just a few days since I only had a short time before I had to leave to return to my home in WA. Kristen Senkyr did a wonderful job on our case. She jumped in in the eleventh hour and worked with us for 10 months. It was expensive but we got a whole team of lawyers working our case. Once there a conflict with Kristen's schedule for a hearing and Beau Sinclair filled in and didn't miss a beat.
