What an amazing Estate Attorney we have! We were referred to Marcio Soares after going through three reputable Estate Planning Firms. We were told by each that it would take up to three weeks to set up a Simple Will. With a two week on and two weeks off work schedule, we could never coordinate our schedule for them to squeeze us in. When I called Marcio, we were able to set up a three day process of an interview to determine to determine and customize a package for us that not only included a Simple Will with two Powers of Attorney, but also a Living Trust for Asset protection during the first session. The next day he gathered the information we gave him to set it all up and then gave us class on how it all worked. The third day, our customized Will/Trust was laying neatly on the conference room table when we walked in. Marcio walked us through each step for each scenario such as choices in incapacity, our wishes in death, funeral, distribution of assets, and setting up a bank trust account. He was very personable and was able to use his vast knowledge to help us gain the confidence we needed to be able to enjoy our remaining years. All this was done in three days what we were expecting would take three weeks to finish. We walked away with peace of mind knowing the plan was complete and when we were gone that we were leaving our family an easy transition to settle the estate and to receive their inheritance. We will continue to do Estate Planning with Soares Family Law Firm in the future and we highly recommend Marcio's services to anyone!
