My brother and I reached a verbal agreement to purchase two parcels of land (different owners) adjacent to our property. We agreed to hire an attorney and pay all attorney fees. The properties were not listed and therefore there was no realtor to guide us through the entire process. We were referred to Micah John Tarry as an experienced real estate attorney. Micah guided us through the process and handled the majority of the documentation electronically. The closing was handled by USPS and email as we are in Houston and the sellers are in the Dallas area. Micah provided valuable advice and was considerate to all parties. The entire process was smooth and seamless. We feel much more confident that all necessary steps were followed and all documentation is correct. The only downside was that we never had the pleasure of meeting Micah face to face. Hopefully we will for future transactions.

We hired Micah to represent my 80 year old dad in a civil lawsuit. From the moment we had our first consultation, he explained the process and what to expect. He recommended that we try to resolve the suit through alternative means, if possible, to avoid attorney’s fees.
